Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24, 1992) is a Canadian actress. She has portrayed Felicity as Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards born and raised on the coast of British Columbia, is Canadian. Starting her professional path at a young age, she introduced herself to dance and theatre in the hopes of taking on more serious acting.
